Strategy with Tier 2 links

Hi Guys,

Can you guys share your experience with Tier 2 links?

What type of links do you use for Tier 2?

I have used PBN links as Tier 2 and it works for me. I want to know what other strategies we can use here.

Some of my friends told me that they use GSA or other tool links as tier 2 but their biggest problem is those GSA links are not indexing on Google

Looking forward to know your thoughts here

Low OBL Blog Comments are best for Tier 2, no need to index them as the blog posts are already indexed.

Yeah, mostly I prefer to do Spun PBN links as Tier 2 for our clients as they are less expensive and google indexing domains
 
Good quality web 2.0, SPun PBNs and social bookmarking - helps and best fit for tier 2 links
