Strategy or methods that work for real.

Honestly I have tried everything from outreach to writing emails. And haven't got a single backlink.
Now starting to think buying backlinks can be a better idea but I don't have sufficient funds.
So, is there any method or an idea that works. I am not saying 100 percent but method that actually works.

I have created T1 blogs and powered them with backlinks. This strategy worked for a new site. After gaining a little authority, you have to buy HQ backlinks.

The regular profiles, web 2.0s, directory, pdf etc. won't help much. You should either make quality links or avoid it altogether.

Is there anything we can do to build high quality backlink without money?

Of course, you can build backlinks for free, you can use big web 2.0 list of all the sites that offer them.
There are many shared lists on this forum if you search.
You have to clean and order them yourself though. That's where the work comes in.

Once you've done that, you'll have a great list of sites.

However, you also have the option to buy links, which means all you have to do is compile a list of vendors from the marketplace here, read some of their reviews.
And then purchase them. It certainly beats building your own, when there are good marketplace vendors with better than what you could build links, and ready and ranking.

But you can use both, maybe one month a few web2.0 backlinks, next month a marketplace package, month after, back to web2.0's again.

You'll need to include some sort of strategy of tweeting or pinning images from these sites in places, to get indexed too, and visits from socials and stuff.
