Strategy: Helping mobile users to desktop

insofar as mobile gets important and generating more traffic I ask myself:

- how can I measure users who started mobile and changed to desktop?
- how can I help mobile users switch to their desktop (for user experience reasons, elements like "email to desktop")?

Do you have any strategies for mobile first revolution?

what are you talking about? you mean having two versions of the website one for mobile users and the other for desktop users and being able to switch between the two automatically? or are you talking about traffic tracking?

I'm generally speaking of my website which is responsive.

Many people start with mobile and switch during the same day to desktop (i.e. to buy products). I'm speaking about effects like "research mobile, purchase desktop".

So, I'm asking myself
- how can I track people who start mobile and switch to desktop
- how can I support the user experience for mobile users if they switch to desktop (i.e. mailing button, ..)
