I personally dont think it will happen. No one wouild bother with pages anymore.

A decrease in organic reach makes sense. Removing it would remove incentive to create and curate content on pages. And thats something facebook does not want.

is this official? i hope it will be not hapened. Maybe now is something wrong with reach, because they publish new look on news feed and on pages now. Will see on few days if it will be better

I really dont think it will happen. A standard 0% organic reach would kill all non commercial pages?
They would be pretty pointless. Which is surely something facebook does not want?

Only time will tell whether it will indeed happen, but its fb again, they would do what will work in their best interest.
