Strange URLs in stats

Has anyone noticed tvsetmp3 dot com in their web stats lately? I am seeing it everywhere, DONT go to the URL it tries to force a download and all kinds of other bullshit, I am also seeing a lot of .cn domains that are doing weird shit with porn sites, so I am reporting the affiliate accounts and having them canceled as quickly as I get them.

What kind of stuff are the .cn doing?
