Strange things with my site's content...

Hello. Like most of us, I have been slapped by Penguin (probably). So, I still was searching/editing my site's content. And then I decided to search my content in Google. So, copied some text in "x" and saw strange things... Firstly, I can't see some sentences of my content INDEXED. It sounds strange: some sentences are indexed, some - no. What that mean? Secondly, when I'm searching my content in Google ("x"), I see that someone who copied my site content is standing higher than me... Is it penalty or what? :turtle:

If a site is higher than yours when searching you content in " ", its not a penalty, its just means Google has got it wrong and seeing the other site as the original source of the content. I'd change the content quick sharpish

It is such a nonsense... Someone copied my content and Google is blind... Unbelievable.... How can I protect my content?

Its also possible due to your site being hit by Penquin that its no longer seen as rank worthy site.

I still come top if you search for my content in " ", but if you just do a search for any of my content normally, im way back on pages 20+, but oddly still page 2 for main main keyterm.

You would think that i would be ranking higher for my original non-spun content, then for just my single target keyword?
