Strange static noise when viewing this link?

Whenever i go onto this link for the fallout series on amazon i get a constant strange static noise, i think its on their site for special effects as it only plays whenever i click the link but i thought it could be my monitor arcing but i only get the noise whenever i click the link.
i just want to check if anyone else who views the link below here's the static sound if not its definitely my monitor?

It's probably mental effect. I wouldn't recommend such series to anyone. After watching such a thing you can get permanent noise in your head.

Please do research of sound on your computer regarding that. If nothing is detected, try to find a source of that in your body.

Yes, about 8 years ago I used to smoke marijuana and I would hear things and stuff but I was full of anxiety when I used that drug. So I stopped and went to drink alcohol which only makes me hear stuff once I drink too much.
