Strange Spammy Niche Strategies

Recently I've tackled an adult niche in a foreign country - a tough experience. As I was expanding and going deeper into the first resullts' SEO I found out the top 3, who are not even marked as spammy at all, have massive (100.000+) korean/japanese/nl out-of-niche blog comment backlinks who are passing a load of linkjuice and some even have 3 or even 4 301 Redirects from other domains.

Since I have a few low-profile domains (da20 tf14~) in this niche Ive been thinking of using a non-orthodox strategy of 301 Redirecting 2-3 domains to my money site and using a few spammy links (by pretty much scoping my competitors') in conjunction with another tiered SEO, since it seems to be kinda unsupervised.

Do non-english niches share an easier-to-bypass penalty system? These guys in this niche are crazy old 2012 blackhat dinosaurs and still kicking strong.

I know it's hard to predict but how safe is this from a non-english perspective? Has anyone from a non-english country noticed a change in how your SEO is evaluated lately? What about several 301 Redirects going unpunished? Is this a common strategy in non-english?

Thats true to some extent. In my own experience, foreign language website pass google penalties. English websites hit hardest

Could you share the links so I could take a look? Understandable if not. Usually, it is not a good idea to get traffic for English website via other languages, unless it is a short-term website.
