If you guys have been lurking as I have for the past week, you may have noticed a trend going around.

I am new here so please forgive me if this has been going on for years.

  1. A person who is new to the community will introduce themselves
  2. They either would like to thank the community or don't know whether they can post something
  3. They always have a method, it's always making them serious money
  4. Briefly, mention method but derive from any more details
  5. Everyone new and old swarm the thread to ask what the method is
  6. "Heehee, capitalism bro. $50?"
Anyone else seeing an exceptional amount of bate lately?

In my opinion people who fall for such pathetic scam attempts deserve this completely. I am not justifying thiefs but if you are so brainless to send $50 to some newly registered account for his golden method... I dont know what to say. Better sooner rather than later. Natural selection.

Quite often these methods are only available via PM, where the member with 15 posts then offers to sell you this way to make $1k a week for the special price of $50 paid either BTC or F&F Paypal.

Then they vanish with your funds, you are out of pocket.

If you see anyone fishing for PMs or trying to sell methods, report them. Members without an upgraded account are not allowed to sell at all, and members who do have an upgraded account are restricted to the Marketplace and HAF/WTB.

The overall scam has been going on for quite some time, though in different forms. Another popular variant is the "$200 in 24 Hours" E-book, or sometimes people will post a link to an article on their own site filled with ads or content lockers.

If someone has information to share, they can share openly or not at all.
