you are rite but in this case it will only allow you to received emails but you cannot send emails
it is almost likely that the account is paralyzed with limited functionality
i was trying to log into my email account using my phone then i get this message, im sure if i tried to log in using my computer it will go through, but im concerned about the security and the privacy of my emails, is Hotmail spying on my messages?
