Well, the site was affected by all the updates, so this links might or may not be the reason for the traffic drop. It is hard to tell when they were created (I rarely check Google Search for links). You can not find them with any SEO tool.

Well, there are over 30k sites 160 links, but the search console only shows the first 1000. Even if I had a list of all the sites, it would take so much time to check and sort them. So the only thing that is left is to wait and see if they will disappear.

It looks more like a bug because all targeted URLs are https://www.bing.com/ck/, which is used for Bing Ads and tracking.
