Strange, I got a #hashtag ban!

So today I found this old account of mine, deleted all photos, changed the niche [I have very few followers on this account so yeah] and uploaded a lot of photos with lot of popular hashtags to get some startup likes and follows and now I cannot put hashtags on my photos anymore. Everything else works fine. I found this strange as I've never heard of this

Edit: I just noticed I cannot comment either. When I tried to, it said I cannot post my comment because it contains a link, although I just commented 'cool'. Wtf is going on!

It's not a ban. Using a lot of Hashtags usually does this. Try using 5-6 tags and check?
 
I never faced this issue but I too use top hashtags on my pics.Strange really,LOL :P
 
How old is your instagram? I have gotten two instagrams banned and I'm almost certain it was because of the hashtags i used. They were just deleted out of nowhere. Didn't spam or anything like that.
