Strange hop readings

I'm getting hops on a software product, so far I have 48 hops on that product today. Now what makes this so strange to me is I'm not actively promoting it. Neither is anyone visiting my landing page for that product. I did promote it in the past, gave up and moved onto other things but nobody has visited this product landing page in days. Any ideas on why that's happening? Maybe ClickBank is tracking it wrong or perhaps someone is spamming my HopLink... I'd like to hear some of the community thoughts on this as I always want to stay on the safe side and know what's happening or at least gain some form of understanding.

Any chance your page was picked up by search engines?
Could be some bots too if it is a one day traffic spike.
