Strange feeling on fileice forum

I dont know if you noticed on but a lot of people on filice forum saying in their threads that they are moving to a different ppd site.
From what i read i see that there are 2 reasons for that.

1. because of the low payout for each offer that they offer for some time now
2. i read that they have huge fees when you are withdrawing your money, someone there posted that he earned $900 a month and when he wire transfer his
$900 he got $200 fee!!!!

Also strange that no matter how many members are complaining, you dont see any response from the adimins.
Does someone here knows something about it??
I was going to start a new site with them but now i am not so sure if they are the best choice at the moment.

Nothing is really constant in this like, instead of making money to your PPD networks, you can always setup own blog with content locker and bypass those dudes with direct offers.

fileice is dying. Admins don't look like they care about the users anymore, they are no longer active. They have always had a problem with payments...late payments & high fees (which in my opinion is fault in their end for not making sure and not the payment processor). Their offers are not being optimized like they used to before.

i suggest you use CPA networks...or if you want to use a PPD network filefire.org

from my experience when you use cpa networks you not always have offers for people that come from your site from all kinds of different countries and
also the payments take longer then with ppd sites.
My question is which ppd would you go with now that can be with the same level as fileice was?

You can give a try to DreamCash. Payments on time, we are online since april 2012 so we didn't open a month/week ago, never missed a payment, offers are optimized by us or you can do that yourself, if you want we can give you access to that (usually is required to have over $500 all time to use this option). Payment methods are PayPal, Wire Transfer (there is a fixed fee of $35 , you won't pay anymore when receive the payment) or Payoneer. PPD is a dying method. Mainly because CPA networks are letting advertisers shave good leads HARD CORE that the affiliate/publisher only makes $1/$2 per $100/$150 they make the network/advertiser, and that's pure greed. CPA is dying off slowly but surly I would start learning to create your own offers.

A $200 fee to withdrawl $900 is just plain old scamming your affiliates no matter how you look at it. Talk about shaving....geez

try dollarupload - payments on time and no crazy fees + many processors. 200 dollar fee to withdraw...the bank on the other side could be charging very high fees which is where a lot of the charges is coming from.
