Strange computer problem

My downloads don't start until fully downloaded. Whether its videos I watch, files I download via my browser or even download managers. For example YouTube videos don't start playing until they are fully downloaded. When I download a file, my browser only prompts me for the save location after the files has been downloaded. I then click on save and its there instantly. Does not matter which browser I use. My virtual machines with different OSs act the same.

I am starting to suspect a hardware problem with RAM or something.

I was able to solve this problem by rebooting but it would come back the same day :S

Any ideas guys?

Bill Gates has that problem all the time and is looking for a solution for sure

Pofecker did mention that a number of users actually reported me before for this lol I should really change my sig.

So not much help with my problem then? I can recall somebody on here having the same problem recently but its not something you can keyword search for really. Hmmm...

It sounds like some sought of cache issue. You could start searching around
"downloads cache" or something like that.
