Looking for a coder who can fix a problem with an autoposting script that generates the following in the posted content:

    '’'
    '…'
    '–'
    '“'
    '”'
    '‘'
    '•'
    '‡'

I am using an autoposting script for my blogs. It posts RSS feed content via CRON job through my hosting account where the script resides but is creating those strange characters.

I have done quite a bit of research on this so I am aware that this is easily correctable by someone with scripting experience.

    See this article, for example:

    Code:
    http://vinhboy.com/blog/2008/05/02/how-to-fix-strange-characters-in-mysql-database/
The script I am using is "Automated Blogger Poster". It is hosted on my hosting service. I enter my blogs, the RSS feeds I want, and set the CRON to run once an hour. It feeds to my Blogger blogs but, because of the text errors, I have to edit most posts before posting. I want to correct these errors so I can set it and forget it and move on.

I have posted this in Rent-a-Coder (now vWorker) today so I am looking for bids.

    Thanks in advance.
