Strange BHW error while posting replies

I was trying to post a message with no image(s), URL(s) and/or email address(es), all I have was few company names in my message (like Pay-Pal, Pay-za) and I receive following error

You are NOT allowed to post URLs, email addresses and images, until after you have been a member of BHW for a little longer. We did this is to cut down on spam. Thank you for understanding! If you would like to remove this limit faster please consider donating HERE

I am old member (not a leecher) and I came back after a long time to this forum. Is this issue normal or is it only happening with me?

i wouldn't define 23 posts as an [old] member but there ya go.
23 posts in almost a year i do that in 2/3 days anyways your problem
is the spam filters plain and simple and it wont go away until you have at
least 50+ posts and based on your current posting rate that should lift
aprox towards summer of 2014 based on current post ratio

23 posts do NOT define me as an old member. I thought the tool was saying about the membership time but I was wrong.
No, this time I'll take less than 1 month to reach 100 legit/useful posts.

No, it was a issue I am able to post replies with 'PayPal,Microsoft, Payza' or other names in my reply again.
