Strange behaviour by GoDaddy

Wanted to buy a domain with godaddy. They redirected me to the homepage instead of my shopping cart around 10 times and I decided to go with a different provider where I got the job done in 2 minutes.

The domain name is a great keyword at the same time.

My question is, did they do this on purpose or it was just a technicality.

It may sound silly to some of you, but I just want your experience if any on the matter.

Well people do have conspiracy theories about GD, and anything is possible, but you purchased the domain now, so I wouldn't worry about it.

you should screen cast the error so we can all see exactly whats going on

I think they do that to encourage you to buy more services.

I think this was probably a technical fault. However, they do not make it easy to register a domain. No point in contacting their support though; it is fairly useless.
