Strange Amazon Merch

So, few days back I was accepted in Amazon Merch .

I I didn't receive any mail from them . However, when I logged into the account I could see the dashboard with all sets of options regarding Company details , Tax etc.

However , after two days when I logged into the account, I could see that the account has reverted back to its original request area.

Why this happened?

I don't have any clue.
