Strange Alexa rank, is it real?

Hy,

I found a website today, which has an alexa rank that I dont understand? As i can see, it is not doing any PPC and has first place positions on google with some keywords that have monthly search amount in the range of 12 000 to 20 000...

Could you explain...

They are probably forwarding other url's to that site through various ppc and banner ads.

Alexa is not a good way to estimate real traffic. It's based on a toolbar installed on IE.
