Story time! (plus video)

I worked at an IT store a while back, my main job was to fix computers, browse through people's private porn collections and occasionally sell a laptop or two.

When i had to fix crappy pcs for customers who most of the time struggled with the concept of google I also had to explain exactly what was wrong with said pc. now today i found out what i sound like to them:


A few times I did actually talk absolute nonsense when selling laptops to unknowing customers, they were none the wiser and believed every word*


*i did not work on commision btw and i made sure they got a decent price for what they needed.
I didn't like the idea of them getting ripped off.

also next time one of your less tech savvy family members needs a new laptop go with them, they might end up with an employe who gets commission and they will take every penny they can get.

I think this is an unspoken rule of all industries, every industry has its own sub regulation rule like this, but not all people like scam others I think, there are still good seller/staff there.
