Very bad experience with Storm Proxies and their support.
Constant proxy changes due to issues with their PayPal account. They literally message me 3 days in advance that they are going to cancel all the proxies I have and my subscription due to "issue with our PayPal account".
WTF I am thinking - why is that even an issue and what kind of sorcery they run there that my proxies are tied to the PayPal subscription. The payment system should be completely separated especially if they are aware they might have such issues (this happened not the first and not the second time btw.).
So now I am going to drop everything and figure out how I am going to update my DB of 500 proxies and replace it completely, and then manually replace it with every account I run proxy on? You must be kidding me.
But I think the worst happened after I sent them a support email - they went ahead and without even mentioning, canceled all my proxies, making my service unusable and putting me at risk of user churn :/
