This term ''storm'' seems a bad translation, not sure from what language

Prepare creatives is good enough since the account is now stable. Many advertisers out there have been rejected only because they have no idea to avoid violating FB's policy.
P/s: The fact is not only during FB storm but only normal day, stable and strong account could lead to many good results of your ads.

I bet it was you who also talked about this Facebook storm 2-3 months ago. It would be better if you learned some SEO, so you wouldn't need to worry about this *storm* anymore.
