Serving of the content:
Yeah, so basically that is a no go, they don't tolerate such stuff. The best way to setup object storage is to buy a server somewhere in Russia or Moldova, and to make sure the service provider "is not aware" of requests that come in from angry content owners. It will still be taken down if authorities will be seriously interested in you, but until then works just fine.
In case it's taken down by authorities, you should have backups of the content you host somewhere locally, and just move the serving of the content on other servers.
Shape the frontend in such a way it's comfortable to do the switch above.
Upd: You can use Minio to setup your own S3 storage, at first a simple setup will do. Later you can hire someone to make it scale better.
Domains:
It will be kind of painful to loose the domain ranking in case it's seized. But you should have an outlet of information where your users can access new domains (like telegram), just like zlib book library is doing right now. They have a single domain to register users, and each user gets a unique link to the website. So that way ban of domains is not a problem.
