Stopping reddit shadowbans

I am wanting to post around 20 times per day on a reddit account using make.com to do this.

I have accounts which are 6 months old but if I just start posting 20 times per day straight away I will get banned.

If I warm the accounts up for 3 days doing 3 posts in random subreddits per day and 3 comments per day. Would they be warmed up enough?

Or do I need to do more?

Looking for someone with good experience with this to help

It's almost always safer to spread the posts through more accounts. So instead of a single account posting 20 times/day, have 5 accounts posting 4 times each etc. The more you spread, the safer each account will be.

No, that still looks automated. It has to be more random than that.
 
Use a different device or IP address. If you think you have been shadowbanned, try using a different device or IP address to log in to Reddit. This may help you to get unshadowbanned.
 
I have a reddit posting bot which acts as a normal person. i.e logs into reddit, scrolls the pages, goes to the subreddit, clicks create post etc.

Would this work better
 
Or maybe posting through a reddit schduler such as postpone or socialrise will help with this
