For anyone saying or thinking that reducing masturbation or abstaining from it increases testosterone levels (and so would give a "boost to productivity"): there are no reliable scientific data to draw this conclusion. Two very small sample-sized (ie. 10 men) studies found higher levels of testosterone after 7 days or 3 weeks of abstinence. However, other studies with more men didn't find any difference in testosterone levels before or after masturbation, and some even found higher levels of testosterone after watching porn or having a sexual arousal. This is the classic thing where we would need studies with a bigger size to draw any conclusion. However, this is hard to do (imagine you faping in a controlled, scientific environment).

On the other side, there is important correlation of masturbation with reduction in prostate cancer risk. I don't know you, but I can say my prostate cancer risk is pretty low.
