Been getting pages unpublished lately and accounts locked out? He is a few tips for you, hope this helps 
Download a chrome extension called Sessionbox, what this app does is store each cookie session per account, you can login to multiple FB accounts from a click of a button, it also has a proxy setting (You have to pay for this) so buy some private proxies and use 1 per account.
Download chrome extension CanvasFingerprintBlock, this should block your social fingerprints which should block Facebook from tracking your online activities.
Download chrome extension Disconnect, this will block all Facebook tracking.
When logged in on a account do not go straight to the page and do a post, try to post a few normal posts first but before you do that keep your account active. Like, share and comment on News feed posts, update your relation ship status etc....

Don't login to multiple accounts with the same cookie session or IP address.
Avoid public VPN proxy services
Been getting logged out when adding a admin to a page?
Firstly, don't add someone from a inactive account or to a inactive account. When it asks you for the password to add don't copy and paste, type the password in.
