Okay, choosing what business model is your choice. I just wanted to say my experience

I had started Affiliate Marketing in 2020 & Closed in 2023 (Failed) - about $100-200 monthly income - of course the amount may be worth to someone.

I started my own business since 2023.

Of course, the experience gained by affiliate marketing helped me a lot when starting a new business.

I personally think that ending three years of affiliate marketing is one of the best decisions in my life.
 
If you have the ability to get visitors, why do you market other people's products when you have the possibility to sell your own products with a reasonable profit?
It is not that easy. Even having own good product is not that easy. It can take many years to perfect a product or service at first place. Do you have so much patience ?

Honestly, this crossed my mind several times but instead of creating my own product or service right away, I can be plugged into something that's already making money and build up some cash flow first.
 
Affiliate marketing when starting is great, this way you also make money to invest in your own products
