All the emails have an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Use that and you'll be automatically removed from the list.

Even if one uses email only to register on forums and alike they probably don't wanna see it cluttered with spam. Or you use one dedicated email for every website?
You joined a blackhat forum just 3 days back and the first thread you make is asking how to stop spam from BHW, you wouldn't have got no more than one email in this period from BHW. Rather search the forum for educational purposes and here is what you should search "how to unsubscribe from an email newsletter"

Funny how ppl complain about spam on a BHW forum and you coming to the rescue. Anyways as the mod said, there's always the unsub button.
