Just send a DMCA notice.

If the host doesn't want to remove the content, you won't be able to do much.

They may have gotten famous because of that, but of course it's a crime to offer music for free that you don't hold the copyright for...

yes its a crime, but a music artist dont win alot by selling records, the big money came from the concerts, thats why some artists support warez dowloads and they dont care
