Stop members from using avatar mentioning BHW.

Came across a profile who is using avatar mentioning BHW in bold. This can be confusing for other members thinking of him as staff. Should ot be allowed.

Unless the avatar specifically mentions bhw staff, don't think it can be confusing or misleading. Profile snapshot below the avatar should help clarify confusions if any.

The same rules that apply to usernames would apply to avatars:
