I've been running a script that follows users based on hashtags. Once in a while it runs into a profile I already follow and unfollows it. Same goes for photos I like. Is there any way to stop this from happening? (I tried google but couldn't find anything)

Anyone else willing to help? I'm surprised this is so difficult to find being alot of people use scripts. There has to be a way to detect if I follow or Liked a photo and then skip

AFAIK, iMacros is pretty bad at IF statements. Of course some scripting might do the trick.
