    Hi folks,
    :(
I have a question for you, now I'm planning to make 1 authority site in the main domain I love to write content, and 1 other authority site (Just to make some other $$$), and 1 Amazon niche site . The problem is that one of the guys that make more than 5000$/mt doing SEO for 8 years told me that I have to CONCENTRATE on the first one until I get it to it's goal and big amount of traffic, then I start building the other ones.I have to mention that I'm just a newbie in the field.
    Have a nice day !

I'd hate to say this, but it really depends on YOU. There are people that are quite good at multi-tasking while others can only focus on one thing but really be good at it (like me).

PROS of working on them all:
    1. If you decide to differ your approach on each sites, you'll quickly identify what works for you and what does not.
    2. Your income increases three-fold when your 3 sites starts earning money as compared to working on one site alone.

    CONS of working on all:
    1. You thin out your resources (time and money). You will have less time and money to spend on each site.
    2. You might lose focus and end up not making money at all.

If you are a newbie I would suggest to start building up 1 sites first. But are the 3 sites in the same niche or different?

I would focus on one site, at least until you start to generate decent traffic. When you can see that what you are doing works, then start to scale up.

Your EXPERT is right on the money! A few years ago, you could set up a few sites and keep them all pumped up in rankings relatively easily with automation. So it was good to have lots of em goin at the same time. Its not so easy any more. Getting to the top requires more energy and time and hence more focus. So concentrate on one, make it work and them move onto the next.

The other main advantage of concentrating on one would be to make sure that your SEO works for this first site before you move onto the next.

He gave you vary good advice. Unless you have the resources to outsource the workload sick to one project. Outsourcing also takes keen organizational skills.

I got your PM, working on 3 sites without having some deep pockets is really hard, I suggest you take a look at BassTrackerBoats Case Study and learn from there. There's a lot more to do for a website besides adding content, focus on everything.

    Good luck!
