Stock video editor like Promo,com

Hi everybody, hope all is good in the hood

Don't know if I'm posting this in the right place but here it goes

Just wondering if any of you know of a stock video editing platform that is more affordable than Promo.com ?

I downloaded the preview videos but the quality is shit and the watermark is a pain in the ass to hide

I need it for video ads and such
