Stock photo watermark remover?

Does anyone know of a tool that removes stock photo watermarks, without making the quality terrible?

I've already tried:

Both of the above make the photo quality terrible

It's not about the tool, but your skills. Photoshop can do it pretty well. Every watermark is different, and I can guarantee that not a single one can do it for all. Be creative with photoshop, and save in the format you want.

By the way, you can save all these troubles by just buying the image for your usage, lol. These generally are very cheap anyway (like $10 for an image may be?).
