Stock exchange markets for europe ?

Hello ,after studying some materials about stock marketing and trading I wanted to start getting into this bussines and investing some money.I searched for some good online market sites but they're all US only,so my question is,does anyone know any site for stock marketing for EUROPE ?
I live in Albania by the way.

Could you tell me more about advfn, I mean how does it work and is it easy to buy stocks,or it's complicated like in some sites.
