Stock and Finance based JV

Hello All ,

I am looking to launch a Finance / Stock / Options Education and social Venture . The idea is slightly simple and I have contacts to carry it through to a certain degree. I also have a long term plan that if carried out , will add more value to the JV . To put it simple I am trying to move in niche education fields (starting with finance , moving latter to gaming and hacking/security )

What I have : Exp. in stocks , options , etc. as well as contacts in the field (Hedge fund managers , traders , lecturers .....). I am A Software Dev. so I will be developing most of the backend and tools and code related issues. I will also be doing the lectures and tutorials and managing the project.

I am looking for :

A Web designer
A SEO Expert
Marketeers / Traffic Drivers (people who can bring traffic in)
Interested people - Maybe we can find a fit

What's on the table -

Depending on how big the team is , a cut of revenues / ownership in the venue . Since this is a long term project I have high expectations for it.
