Dam...
If someone don't know yet, one guy bought a pizza for 10k btc thrue bitcointalk forum in 2010.
I actually feel sad for him not because he sent 10k btc, but because thread is still live and it's not really good for his health I think...

What you think guys, how you would feel right now if you bought a pizza for 10k btc in the past?

i had one million of those when they come then , and i don't remember my wallet password :(

I would slap myself in the face, probably a few times, then forget about it for my sanity.

This guys are what I think when some things goes to sh*t in life.
I think, hey ... it has worse, I could have gave up 10k btc over a single pizza.
Regret is a strong word, but he didn't have how to know that btw would reach so much high value.
However, if you were hungry to death, wouldn't you give them up to eat?
Maybe he was hungry to death lmao

I’d be laughing still. At the time he probably thought he pulled the scam of the century, exchanging digital currency for real food. And I mean it’s not like the pizza guy was sober enough to remember his bitcoin wallet and password... so he essentially got free pizza

Ahh, poor guy. He could be a millionare now :(

If I give you $100 and you drop it down the sewer I'm still out $100.

I like the thread from that forum back in March 2010 about someone trying to auction off 10,000 btc (worth $65 at the time) with a starting price of $50. There were no takers so the auction ended without btc changing hands.

I'm sure he bought some more. What a legend tho.

You really have to be philosophical about these things because the past is the past and if thats how it went, thats how it was meant to be. Besides, there's worse things he could have blown those coins on than Pizza :-)

Some dude just forgot that he had the coins and threw the PC away. Now fighting the city to dig up the landfill and look for his PC. As much as I remember, I thing the pizza guy wanted to test BTC transactions and was fully aware that they will be worth much more later. I know a guy who got 30 ETH for free wayy back when they launched and airdropped it. Still HODLs it.
