If it is pending it could be due to possible reasons:

1) Your comment is ghosted by YouTube.
2) You used a wrong link format.

All orders are instant-start, just make sure to verify that your comment and link is valid.

I didn't work with them so I'm not sure if their services are working.

Anyways you can try luck with another BHW sellers e.g: qqtube, justanotherpanel, socialpanel24, cheappanel..etc they should be able to start your order instantly.
 
I have done a lot of testing lately and upvotes dropping is not caused by the upvotes seller. I wouldn't waste my time to keep trying to do YTC tho. I'm able to rank comments but the traffic is pretty bad(Yes I check if I ranked in incognito, with VPS and from my phone). Not exactly sure why the traffic is so bad, comments are staying up for 30-60 minutes now that no one are spamming. Maybe top comments are rotating, or different for all users? Altho I still haven't been able to get different top comments with my pc and VPS.

it is not a big problem..if you dont get likes means then you should try to improve your content so that everyone can able to make use of it...and you also get likes then..

your bot is full of shit , too much people complain about you and you wont get their money back and not also reply their support ticket , your bot also full of bug like "URI IS INVALID" and another bug too , first deal with the stability and make test of yourself , then up your bot for sell
