Still no way?

So I was wondering if there's still no way to get the name of a completely ghost IG acc? The account has 0 posts, 0 followings, 0 followers and is private. I did message him to check if the owner is active, but no answer after 1 week. My acc is now at 780k and cotains out of 3 words while one of them is the word of this ghost acc. My acc is a business acc, tho I dont have a business with the name of the ghost acc.
Is there even a way now a days? I dont think it would help to contact IG right? Any ideas?

if upu could find a way to see what email its connected too, then you could email them.
apart from that i wouldn't know.

or see if one of the people that follows/is followed by knows the owner.

maybe you could also try googling the username, maybe something pops up
