Still Looking For A Good Tweeting/Facebook Post Program

I can't seem to find something simple for this, and free would be a bonus too.

All I want to do is schedule tweets and facebook wall posts from the same platform and I want it to be able to post across multiple accounts. I want to be able to load everything up in the queue and then not have to touch it again until the next day. Any suggestion?

Davers, I appreciate your input, but there has to be something commercially available out there. I don't really want to delve into a bunch of messy programming.

Been using tweet adder pro. It does what I need it to do
