Still action blocked- can’t post/comment/like/follow (normally until 16/04)

Hi!

so I have been action blocked for a week because ‘I shared my account with a third party to get more followers and likes’.
I got totally action blocked. It is okay if I can’t follow or like , but I also can’t put a caption on my posts which is really something I can’t live without!
I am a pretty big account (100k) and it is important for me to be able to post with caption especially in this quarantaine.
It said it would be blocked until 16-04 which was yesterday so I tried a few times and the block wasn’t lifted. Today we’re the 17th and it still isn’t lifted... I don’t know what to do now!!

All you can do is let the account rest, sometimes you are in a loop if you keep trying to use it right after the temp ban is lifted.

I know you don't want to hear that buts its the best course of action. I once had an account that got 7 day action blocked back to back for 6 months straight. I let it rest for a couple months before I used it again.

You have to be patient with IG now, very very patient

In my experience, there's no point being aggressive during the block i.e. trying to like and perform other actions during the block, it might only extend your block.

Have you tried change device? normally change device will helpful. If that is still not working, you need to lets your account rest more.
