You're not allowed to open a sales thread. You need to have 100 posts and your account must be 60 days old. After that you need to pay $97 for Jr. VIP. You'll then be allowed to open a sales thread for $30 per year. Gotta pay more for a sticky thread.
I see you joined only last week, so you'll have to pay $147 for Jr. VIP. Price going up from July.
