Out of curiosity, what makes a BST a stickied green thread? Is it based on quality, content, quantity or a payment thing? Just always been curious about those services. Thanks!
It's a payment thing. Users can purchase a stickied post for their service. I'm not sure the cost off the top of my head but I heard someone talking about it the other day - you basically buy it by the week!
