    Hey, any methods to avoid side effects of anabolic steroids? And to avoid muscle drop (you know what I mean, I'm not english :p )?
    Or any drugs to use with steroids to avoid side effects?

    I just wrote a load and was about to delete it when I realized what im about to say, but il include it below anyway but this is the best answer...

    Dont ask that question in the lounge in an IM forum, go to the bodybuilding forums (not misc lol) and ask there.
    You can also go direct to your doctor and talk to them, some bodybuilders do this and you start the convo saying look I know you cant condone this but I am going to do it anyway and I just want to know if you could tell me any ways to stay safer and minimize side effects, they generally will help.

    So with my limited knowledge this..

    Firstly there is actually a ton of natural ways you can really boost your testosterone if you follow them il write about them below, number 3 will shock you.
    But for actual steroids then, you can try limited juicing like don't be on it long term, also monitor and look into your testosterone cycles if you are on it too long you might stop producing natural testosterone and then you come off it and it wont kick start back up that's a nightmare scenario. If you are planning to juice you really gotta factor that in. You could look into lower doses and for less time but while reducing chances of side effects you would also be reducing the full impact of the testosterone.

    Also you want to look at the males in your family and look for any signs of testosterone sensitivity this is what causes guys to go bald, some genetics over react to testosterone which is what causes the bald regression stuff, so if your family does have that then you are at a high risk to start loosing hair much earlier but if you got the monies you could just get hair plugs so no big lose but its not good either way if thats the case.

    You could possibly look into HGH instead the human growth hormone but generally female body builder hit this more because it does the legs and lower body much more than it does the upper body for some reason, thats why Messi have football legs despite his stunted younger growth so its normally looked at as safer with less side effects but it aint gonna turn you into Thor.

    You could try get hold of the patches if you got some really good connection inside real healthcare because this would at least stop the chances of accidentally injecting into a vein direct and hitting your body with the juice which would then obv kill you within 5 minutes, this happens a fair bit because people dont check for the air, plus injecting is just a dirty habit specially if you go around trying to hide the needles and stuff, not too cool.

    Also steroids take you past your genetic potential which kinda if you look at it, are you at your genetic potential now or looking to shortcut the entire trip? In which case muscles might be big but you will be weak as hell which means when you stop you wont be able to lift the heavy weights which would keep that size muscles so you will loose it fast, easy come easy go.

    Basically you cant avoid side effects if juicing, that aint happening there is no magic bullet, there's a couple of things you could do but that doesnt minimize risk it just means your not as super high risk as some people who are not even doing those, but the risk is still there.
    Defo check into your family genetics though to get somewhat of an idea if you would be in the genetically higher chance of having sever side effects though.


    Natural ways
    Follow a pattern and routine for a few months and you will find an increase
    Lots of eggs first thing in morning with fish oil tablets (This kicks start your morning production to its highest levels) follow that up with a banana for the fast carbs to kick it into gear.
    Eggs at night with fish oil
    Squat heavy and do big compounds heavy every workout (This really kicks it up again)
    Dark chocolate
    Sex
    (No masturbation within your 7 day natural cycle, you peak after day7 so can masturbate on the 7th or 8th day to reset it as it will plateau then anyway)
    Lower all stress (Cortisol kills testosterone)
    Lots of broccoli (This kills a lot of the estrogen production in your body which then frees up the testosterone as estrogen eats testosterone)
    Lots of good deep sleep

    If you can fit your life around the natural ways above you should find a pretty decent increase naturally but you have to properly follow it.
    Theres probably a few more natural ways if you research into it.

    Thank you alot for such described answer, now I'm gonna really think bout natural ways, I thought when you have muscle you are stronger because you are using them but now I lnow I was wrong. Another time big thanks! :)

    You'll boost up the muscle with steroids in the short term, but long term, your muscles will start crumbling. Don't do it, man.

    Steroids are short cut ...Just like we use blackhat money making method we know it wont last long same way with the steroids you wiill get buff for a whille then all downhill instead slow and steady build and build

    I just noticed that BHW members are very nice to each others, like @Ftr who wrote such long post for me, and all telling how is it in reality. I'm just starting in drugs thematic and collecting some info just for myself (sorry for bad English or bad sentences :p)

    Use low doses.
    Have and AI on hand (Arimidex/Aromasin).
    Have a SERM on hand (Raloxifene).
    Eat a diet high in vegetables and good fats.
    Don't drink or smoke whilst on.
    Monitor blood pressure.
    Have regular blood work taken.

    This should all help to minimise that various estrogen related and health related risks.

    Steroid usage in moderation is a lot less risky than many people think. Alcohol, drugs, prescription drugs etc are far more dangerous.

    I suggest adding HGH in the end of the course and 3 months after the course. Its will reduce or almost eliminate muscle drop
