"Sterday" ignoring and failing to send refund.

    Payment of full refund was agreed. Now he's failing to do it, also ignoring my PM and emails.
    + lots of problems with other users. - lot is visible in the sales thread.

    The delay is 10 days from the agreed terms and no response since his email, which you can see in the screenshots.

    I did write the reply, which I am sharing here, also I PM'ed him here. And I will email him on top of that.

    He just did bump his thread, so he's definitely alive and active. I don't know what the deadline should be before he's banned from here?

    2-3 days from now?

    I bought 2 niche sites from him a year back and it never rank shit. ZERO income. Crappy articles, rubbish theme design, keyword stuffed like hell.. I had to do an ENTIRE redesign later on.

    P/S: I bought the sites from him a year ago. Am I still entitled to the refund?

    Thank you for letting me know about this thread proxygo.

    Well due to the google updates happened the site dropped from google page 1, Yea i guaranteed page 1 service and i worked for you as you know, And you too say the improvement, And unfortunately those links got penalized and i couldn't able to rank that again as you know. And yea i agreed to give your money back, But i am not getting orders to refund your money. So i requested to wait for sometime, Else i can give you any alternative service for the money remaining. Due to the guaranteed service of page this problem happened and it affects my thread as well

    i can understand refunding the one guy he promised either buy services
    or buy waiting on orders to have the money to pay.

    but birdy - any where you buy something, if you wait a year to complain
    ide say you waited a year to long because how can you prove what happened
    over 12 months, seo goes up and down and the time you waited to complain
    is way way to long. but my 2 cents

    No, I don't need any services from you. I already received services from you and now I am waiting for a refund from your services.
    You also replied to my PM and mentioned, that you want to sort this out PROFESSIONALY?!

    Professionaly is when you follow the agreed terms, deadlines and you're not ignoring the client, in this case - me. And you did all of that.
    You ignored my pm's, you ignored my emails, you ignored the agreed deadlines, which was 2012 12 31, today is 2013 01 10, so you're 10 days behind the agreed schedule and refund date.

    The only way for you to fix this is to send full and agreed refund to me asap. If you're not sending the refund - I will not wait any longer, because I've waited long enough and I will insist for your removal from this forum, because you're wasting peoples time and also money.

    I also hope, that admins or mods will step up, watch this thread and give you exact deadlines, when you should complete the refund in order to avoid being banned and shitlisted.

    Also today, I received his PM to my yesterdays call:

    Again, he just double confirmed, that he agreed to send me the refund. But the reason "I don't have any money" is not good for me, because I've waited enough and we shouldn't tolerate members, who are ignoring clients and not even trying to deal with them. Also, when I offered him extra 30 days (!!!) before New Year - I did that just as friendly gesture, in return I get what? He's ignoring me and offering me services, when I want refund for his service?!

    I really hope, that with mod/admin input we'll be able to set a public deadline for him and if he's not going to send me my 700$ refund - I think it should be a fast and easy ban and shitlist entry.

    I just did all of that, so I really hope, that it will get the attention it needs and mods/admins will be able to set deadlines for him. Or take appropriate measures and help other members not fall into same trap with this vendor.

    OP - you would do well do calm down with the backseat modding, it doesn't help your case when you start telling staff how to do their *voluntary* job.

    Sterday - I have closed your thread till this is dealt with. As I understand the case, you promised a refund but are not giving this due to not having the money available for the refund. Is this correct? If so, when will you have the funds available? The OP doesnt want any other services, he wants his money back.

    As far as i'm concerned, you have made the offer of a refund, and so I'm not going to get into what went wrong with the service, rather I'm going to be looking to ensure that you follow through on your promise.

    Keyword : dell d610
    Keyword : alpina b7

    Those were dated March last year I bought from you.

    Am I entitled to a refund as well?

    I have no business in this shit list but I just saw that you have a crappy site called www.alpinab7.com

    I have a network of car sites and thought I might buy it off you no matter how crap it was....Sadly I wasnt prepared for that !! Thats the most indecipherable article I've read in ages and its the main article for the site...I wouldnt have it on a web 2.0.

    I dont think google updates ruined anyones chances of page one rankings, more like shitty quality work in the first place.

    with any product service bought based on ranking
    the majority of people might wait 1/2 months, see no movement
    and complain, but after 12 months with any service it would be fair
    to say that's to long , and as the op said above its as much about
    keywords as it is articles - is the seller responsible for that if the
    articles de-value a site were not even his - nah -

    Stay on the topic guys. This thread is not to judge his service. This is about a refund dispute. You can't judge a service just by a single website which has served 1000s of customers.

    I ordered one a year or more ago too that I wasn't too happy about. I just let it expire, moved on and never ordered again. I definitely wouldn't come back a year later and ask for a refund. That's like buying a shirt that didn't fit, and then going back to the store next year for a refund lol.

    I am dealing with such vendors for the first time and I've never escalated any problems like this, so sorry if my suggestions were unecessary, because I am pretty sure, that you have much more experience in deadling with guys like Sterday, so I completely trust your judgement and I am pretty sure, that your input will help sort things out.
