Steps to Safely Buy Instagram Account

Here's my plan,, anything I'm doing wrong

1) Contact seller, agree price
2) Have seller prove Ownership
3) Send seller money via PayPal Goods and Services (from my bank)
4) Receive account details and log in (my residential ip address)
5) change password and email address to my own account
6) Receive and change Og email details - clear recovery details?


Anything else? If something goes wrong, I shouldn't have any issues with recovering my cash right?...

Also, any way to use PayPal Friends and Family and still be able to recover money if I get scammed? I've heard it's possible but not sure how?

never use friends and family then your f☆☆☆☆ only use sellers on this forum as your shit list protected .

always read the comments from other users when buying anythink .

make sure the account made from your country as your going to use you home ip.

research a phone service and email service for re verify .

So no way to get money back from friends and family? The guy has said he only wants friends and family now.

Can I not use my own Gmail and phone for a reverify?

It could be disputed, but you can't know if you'd win the dispute or not.

If the seller is a reputable BHW member who have been here for a while then maybe you can trust them, if not then I'd suggest you don't pay with friends and family, as even if you get original email they can always take it back.
