Steps I should do each day to help improve rankings?

I've been putting my offsite SEO for awhile now and I'm thinking on getting back into it just so I can get more organic search engine traffic, rather than relying solely on Youtube. I have roughly 1-2 hours of spare time in my day and rather than putting it towards good use, I am playing Modern Warfare 3, lol. Well, I'd like to know what are some key actions I can do each day to improve my rankings and/or improve traffic.

Tools to my Disposal:
- Scrapebox
- Any other FREE tool, lol.

Well, you can harvest some high pr do follow blog comments. You can create some web 2.Os and blast those with scrapebox. You can create some high PR article directories.

Are you looking for someone to write out a plan for you? Not gonna happen. While you are playing modern warfare I have been learning what works :)
 
Write out a plan? No. Spoonfeed? No. Just a rough idea, as I'm unsure how I should go on about with things.

I have BF3, I just enjoy playing MW3 more lol. I hardly play games anyway.
 
Well, the first thing I would do would be to start reading. Read some more, read some more, then read some more. After you have read and read some more, then start doing what you have read.

Once you start doing and doing more, you will learn what works and what not to do. YOu can then not do what you did that did not work and only do what you did do that did work?

Manual web2.0 if you cant bare senukex
manual post articles on article directories.

ping web2.0, do SB blast on web2.0 to rank them up
ping on approved articles, do SB blast on approved articles

Try to make more web2.0 and put quality content on it. :)

lol! So basically... you don't do anything every day in terms of SEO...
Then you go play a video game because your bored of doing nothing... get motivated enough... and come on here asking someone else to scroll up to the search function and use it for you?

To me, you sound like you are asking someone to do simple research for you because you are too lazy.

Week1:
Day1: Outsource backlink building, get back to playing MW3.
Day2: Play MW3
Day3: Play MW3
Day4: Play MW3
Day5: Play MW3
Day6: Play MW3
Day7: Check rankings. Play MW3

Week2:
Day1: Order a different type of backlinks. Play MW3.
Repeat Day 2-7.

Week3-52:
Repeat Week 2.

Off page optimization
- Publish fresh аnd unique content оn yоur web pages
- Build Quality backlinks
- Participate in Online forums аnd communities
- Submit уour website to directories
- Submit to Social bookmarking sites
- Participate Ñ–n Social networking websites
- Blogging, guest blogging аnd blog commenting- Submit RSS feeds to directoriesI knоw all theѕе tasks arе very time consuming which is whу I uѕe a tool called 'Keyword Country' to automate thеsе techniques. It helps in saving huge time.

I agree with this, I do something similar. However, I don't do it everyday. More like every two to three days.

I also agreed with the person who said read, read and read. I set aside time everyday to read up how other people are going about ranking their sites.
 
Target some Long Tail KWs which are less competitive.
Make some posts from your blogs by focusing those KWs. Use social media to generate traffic & target particular audience.
Like : if you blog is all about Food then target those social pages which are based on foods. Otherwise it'll increase the bounce rate.
And, using SEO tools like: scrapebox, rankerx, seonuke etc can also be useful for you
