Step by step tutorial. Pleaseee help!

Just kidding.

I'm going to create a new website and I will tell you step by step how and what I'm doing (but will keep my secrets like domain name, niche etc).
Starting from looking for a niche. Finishing in money - hopefully in decent money.

Still, there will be alot to learn from this thread so be sure to bookmark it.

I will update it as often as I can, hopefuly once in 1-3 days, sometimes more often. Unfortunately I have got alot on my my mind these days, but I promise to not let this

In my tutorial/case study I assume that you know the basics of internet marketing/seo.
PART 1.
Ok, so I've found a good keyword.

If you don't know about keyword research, look around the forums there are many guides, one from my fellow iamnre.

In this post I will give you some additional tips, that weren't mentioned in the other guides.

How to I define a good keyword?
- Easy-medium competition -- this part depends on your skill, for one person keyword is easy, for another one its very hard.

- Good additional/related keywords, which I will be able to rank for.
(in this case there are about 20 good additional keywords with 5-15k monthly searches each month).

- EMD avaliable

- Good monetiziation sources
Now I've done the keyword research:

The green bar is very important, it shows how good commercialy your keyword is = how many advertisers buy ads for the keyword.

None of those sites have good onpage seo = PERFECT

Always check if the keyword has got stable traffic history! You dont want one time hype keywords!
It's also very important to get the traffic from countries like USA, CANADA, UK, AUSTRALIA. Indian and other 3rd world countries traffic is bad for making money.

Next step!
I've checked for EMDs. WOHOOO I've got the .org, .net and .info (bought all of them). And the .com is parked but not used. PERFECT.

Going to use net and info as 301 redirects for xrumer/sb blasts.
.org as the main site!

I'm going to monetize with google adsense and an inhouse affiliate program fitting this niche. 20-50$ per sale.

Its not as important any more to get EMDs since the panda update, but if the competition is easy then it doesn't matter.

Looks good man, I'll be following this! You seem to know your stuff fairly well.

I just got started with niche sites a few weeks ago. One has around 10,000 exact searches, the other two each have 3,000 exact searches. All of them are on Page 2..just gotta get onto that Golden Page 1 now !

I have come across a similar post like this on another forum, with a slight change to the text we see here. But really what you are saying is really become the world's worst kept secret. Everyone who knows a thing or two will follow more or less the same steps that you have mentioned in your post here.
