You can find a excessive amount of helpful information on various websites. Those websites are full of articles that provide in-depth information about the foundation of SEO – from keyword research to link building. Additionally, many of the sites offer courses you can take for free or for a minimal fee to get an even more comprehensive understanding of SEO.

Hello,
There are 2 things, knowledge and experience, you have to take the knowledge of SEO from YouTube videos and then have to start working on a live project...
There is no specific approach or method in SEO that you can follow and achieve the goals, practice makes you understand how Google works and what will make a website rank on Google...
So start working on the basics of SEO on a website and with time you will keep on learning the SEO from basics to advanced level... Just reading the blogs and watching YouTube tutorials won't going to help you much, as I earlier said practice is very much necessary in SEO.

SEO in less than 30 seconds: (this is just general stuff)
Onpage and OFF page SEO.
1. Onpage > just make sure you follow all guidelines. Website speed, screen responsiveness, content and other schema and other technical guidelines. ex: H1, H2, keyword density.. etc
2. Off page >
a. Get backlinks from High DA websites (local ones too if you have local biz)
b. Create a Tier 1 to Tier 3 backlinks
c. google review
